This video explains how to safely apply and fit the ‘Aircast’ Boot.  Having it fit properly is very important. Make an appointment

My recommendation is to only purchase the Standard / Long Boot. Heel wedges are sometimes inserted inside the boot for achilles problems and these are available separately.
